Perched atop a picturesque hill surrounded by olive trees and more than three hectares of vineyards, this mid-17th-century estate stands as a remarkable example of the Casa Leopoldina, a traditional architectural typology from the Val di Chiana. The project offers a contemporary interpretation of this heritage, recovering the essence of the original style and adapting it to modern ways of living by incorporating new elements that engage in a respectful dialogue with the historical context.
The outdoor spaces are articulated through a series of terraces that soften the natural differences in elevation. These platforms create new paths and gathering areas oriented toward the vineyard, complemented by a landscape design that integrates native vegetation and highlights the unique character of the surroundings.

The interior design establishes a dialogue between history, contemporary aesthetics, and the spirit of Tuscany. The strategy focused on revitalizing the splendor of the original architecture, guided by a central premise: to preserve and restore as many authentic elements as possible.
Every decision from furniture to lighting and textiles reflects a respect for the chosen color palette: natural, neutral, and understated, maintaining the warmth and genuine character of Tuscan tradition and aiming for interiors that feel timeless and deeply connected to their context.
